Tapped from our own trailside trees, evaporated over wood fires by the traditional method, this is our own maple syrup from our own farm. High Brook Farm produces fine quality Maple Syrup and fine quality Morgan Horses.

Maple syrup has been made in Vermont since long before the white man settled here. Even the Native Americans enjoyed sweets. Morgan Horses came a bit later, around 1795, and have been a symbol of Vermont agriculture and the Vermont way of life ever since.

For just a few weeks each spring, when the weather cooperates, we make sugar. It is a very important crop on family owned and operated farms throughout the state. Buying locally produced syrup helps maintain family based agriculture as well as putting a fine quality, 100% pure, naturally produced product on your family table.
